The late filing fee for inspections is $50 per month per boiler. However, filing after the late filing period will result in a $1,000 failure-to-file penalty per boiler.
You must address any defects within 90 days of the inspection. Once you have fixed the problem, the inspector will return, confirm the repair, and submit an affirmation of correction. Dangerous conditions will result in the immediate shutdown of the boiler.
